How does consignment with Elite Repeat work?
"Consignment" means that you leave your items with us and we price and sell them for you, then we pay you your portion of the sale price. The consignment period is 60 days from when your items are priced.

When can I bring items in?
We accept items during the following times:
Monday: No consignments accepted
Tuesday-Friday: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Sunday: No consignments accepted
How many items can I bring in at one time?
In order to ensure consistent service to all our consignors both large and small, we limit the quantity of items than can be brought in at one time.
* Clothing items: Minimum of 10 items up to a maximum of 30 items
* Bags and Shoes - up to 10 of each
* Jewelry - up to 20 pieces
What types of clothes are you currently accepting?
Our customers want to purchase clothing that is relevant for the current and upcoming season, not the season that has just passed. Some kinds of clothing are always in demand, while others are only desired at certain times of the year. We also adjust our acceptance standards to keep our inventory balanced, fresh, and interesting.
We accept these kinds of items year-round:

We do not carry or take the following items:
* Suits and formal business attire

Which brands should I bring in?
Generally, all higher-end department store and designer brands are acceptable.
We do not accept the following brands:
* Forever 21
* Old Navy
* Walmart
What condition should my consignment items be in?
To meet our fashion-savvy customer's expectations, we have strict quality standards for the items we will take on consignment.
Clothing Quality Standard:
* On hangers
* Currently desirable styles and colors
* Aspirational and highly-regarded brands
* Wrinkle, stain, and odor free
* No rips, tears, pilling, or excessive wear
Shoe Quality Standard:
* Clean insoles
* Limited sole wear
* Stain and odor free
Handbag Quality Standard:
* Like-new to gently used
* Clean linings
* All hardware in good, operable condition
* Odor and stain free
How are the prices set at Elite Repeat and what will my share be?
We will set a starting sale price for you. As a rule of thumb, the very best items sell for up to 50% of what they did new. Our prices are set based on our research and experience in the local market.
When the item sells, you will receive a portion of the sales price as describe in your contract.
If you have concerns about our pricing structures, we encourage you to shop our store and see for yourself that we do a good job at setting prices that represent good value to both the buyer and consignor.
Will Elite Repeat discount the sales price?
Our software automatically schedules discounts to be applied at future dates. This helps keep our inventory fresh and that keeps customers coming back, so it's good for everyone involved. Our goal is to price our items fairly so that they sell within the first 30 days.
We may also have sales of different categories of items as we deem appropriate which could affect the final sales price of your items.
Elite Repeat always reserves the right to set an appropriate price as we deem necessary, including occasional sale pricing.
We have over 4,000 consignors and have been in business for over 8 years, during which time we have earned a strong reputation with both buyers and consignors.
Do you call me when the item is sold or it expires?
No, we do not call any consignor regarding sales of their items or expiration dates. We have a portal where you can see all the items you have on consignment, when they expire, and what your current cash balance is.
How do I get paid for my items?
You can see your balance in your online portal, or if you stop in, we can look up your account and see if you have a balance. If the balance is over $10.00, we can write you a check - BUT - if you use your credit to purchase items in the store, you get and ADDITIONAL 10% credit!
What happens if my items don't sell?
Items with an initial price over $25 may be picked up after the consignment period ends, during a 7 day grace period. You will need to come to the store and find and pull the items from the floor. Items with an initial price below $25 may not be picked up. At the end of the 7 day grace period following the expiration date, the items will become property of Elite Repeat and we will either discount or donate them.
