Consigning with Elite Repeat

"Consignment" means that you leave your items with us and we sell them for you, then we pay you your portion of the sale price. We are agents for the sale of your home furnishings and you continue to own them until the sale is made. We have a simple contract that spells everything out clearly so you'll know just what to expect from the sales process.

We only sell good quality, gently used items, so this is what we look for in our consignments. 

We like to see: 
* Quality manufacturing
* Clean items in good to excellent condition 

* Stain and Odor free

• We need to see if the piece(s) are something we can market and sell for you. You can either:
  • Bring the piece to us
  • Bring in a photograph
  • Text a picture to (832) 257-4400

• If the items are something we think will sell well in our store you will bring in the pieces, and we will fill out a simple form listing the items.
• Elite Repeat will market and display your items for 60 days.
• If your items do not sell during the consignment period, you will have 7 days to pick them up after the consignment expires.

We will set a starting sale price for you.   As a rule of thumb, the very best items sell for up to 50% of what they did new.  Our prices are set based on our research and experience in the local market.

When the item sells, you will receive a portion of the sales price:

• Sale price under $25: You receive 40%
• Sale price $25 and up:  You receive 50%

Our software automatically schedules discounts to be applied at future dates.  This helps keep our inventory fresh and that keeps customers coming back, so it's good for everyone involved.  Our goal is to price our items fairly so that they sell within the first 30 days.   Elite Repeat always reserves the right to set an appropriate price as we deem necessary, including occasional sale pricing.
