Furniture Consignment Info:

Our Consigned Furniture is moderately priced to sell quickly.

Consignment period is 2 Months.
Consignors receive 50% of the sale price for the 2 month consignment period for items priced $25.00 or above. 40% For items priced below $25.00. We prefer items to sell within the first month if possible. Any item/s remaining and unsold after 2 months must be picked up within 1 week after the consignment ends or the item/s will be expired and become the property of Elite Repeat. It is the consignor’s responsibility to monitor the consignment term. Contract on Item/Items may be extended for a longer period upon agreement with Elite Repeat.

Condition:
All Furniture must be in clean, very good used condition. If it smells of ANY Pet, Smoke, Storage, Moth balls, We Will NOT Accept it on Consignment. If it is coming unsewn, is ripped, broken, has missing parts, is cracked or is chipped, We MAY OR MAY NOT accept it for Consignment. We reserve the right to refuse Any Item for Any reason.

Pricing:
We determine the retail price on all consigned items. It is in everyone's interest for items to be priced at a fair market value that would allow them to realistically sell within the first month of the consignment period. We do markdowns as we feel appropriate. Our goal is to sell your item/s quickly and at a fair price.

Contract Cancellation:
Consignors that pick up an item/s before the consignment period is up, will pay a 25% penalty fee based on the original sale price of the item/s. Once a Consignor has decided to cancel the contract, they have one day to arrange for pickup. Item/s will remain on the floor, for sale, until it has been picked up.

It is up to the Consignor to make arrangements to transport their item/s and have their own help to load it.
